It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Cox (Amory, Mississippi), born in Marion, Alabama, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Tuck; her siblings, James Junior Tuck, Margie Otts and Gail Thomas; and her close friend Jean Brasfield.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Edward Cox; her son Jerome Cox (Misty); her sisters, Donna Nix of Hamilton, AL, Louellen Robinson (Billy), Sulligent and Ozella Sorrells (Larry) of Beaverton, AL; her grandchildren, Harley Carol Cox Cumberland (Jacob), Tristin Brewer, Aubrey Cox and Olivia Cox; and her great grandchildren, Charlee and Pete Cumberland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
