It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zata Mae Owen of Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Adams and Willie Tate Adams; and her husband Johnny Elmer Owen. She is survived by: her children, David Nelson (Julie) of Utah, Mike Owen (Ginger) of Amory, Houston Owen of Aberdeen and Becky Ray of Pontotoc; and her grandchildren, Shanna, David, Dianna, Hattie, Ben, Rachel, Tonya, Suzanne, Kristen, William and Andrew. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
