He was predeceased by: his parents, Eneth Raymond and Estella Waldrop Williams of Aberdeen; and his brother Charles Raymond Williams. He is survived by: his wife Iris Colleen Lancaster Williams; his son Robert E. Williams, Jr. (Mary Jo); his granddaughter Dr. Allie Williams Lambert (Eric) of Las Cruces; his siblings, Carolyn Cork (Colon) of Milport, AL and Harold Williams of Lebanon, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Doris L. Sloan, Shirley L. Reese and Hamilton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
