It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Ballard of Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deward Ballard and Fannie Lou West Ballard. He is survived by: his nieces, Lynda Russell Woodard (Liddon) and Sandra Helin (Wallace); his nephew Rick Ballard (Barbara); and his great-niece Brianna Ballard.
He also served for a number of years as a planner with the Community Development Foundation in Tupelo.
