He is survived by: his children, Mary "Ginger" Stahl (Needham) of Virginia and James Edmond; his grandchildren, Anna Claire, Neelie Grace, Tucker Stahl, Wyatt and Mary Kate Riggan; his wife Mary Anna Riggan; his sister Jane Pullen (Larry); his sister-in-law Kelly; and also Kimberly Rowell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a host of friends.
