He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Lorinza Perkins, Sr. and Mary Ollie Bagwell Perkins; and his sisters, Wilma Pounders and Marie Tate. He is survived by: his wife Iva Lee Sandlin Perkins of Aberdeen, MS; his sons, George Wayne Perkins (Martha Jane) of Louisville, MS and David Lee Perkins (Julie) of Alabama; and his siblings, Mildred Pumphries (Rex) of West Point, MS and Arlie Perkins (Sandra) of Aberdeen, MS. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
