Felicia West Obituary

Felicia West, age 61, died Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Monroe Regional Hospital in Aberdeen. She was born November 2, 1959 to Felix Dean West and Dorothy Hart West in Aurora, IL. She worked as tax office manager for H & R Block. Felicia loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. She loved being around family and friends and her dog, Buddy.

She had an infectious smile and generally made everything better when she was around. A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 29, 2021 in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery with Bro. Tony Stahl officiating. Survivors include her mother, Dorothy West of Aberdeen; one son, Lance Schrock of Amory, MS; one daughter, Tavia Medlin of Aberdeen, MS; one brother, Dan West (Glenda) of Aberdeen, MS; three sisters, Beverly Meadows of CA, Linda Shackelford of Aberdeen, MS, and Cheryl Loftin (Daniel) of Aberdeen, MS; three grandchildren, Ethan Schrock, Abby Schrock, and Bryce McAlester; special friend, her dog, Buddy.

She is preceded in death by her father, Felix West; maternal grandparents, Willie & Lila Hart, and Irene Hart; paternal grandparents, Felix & Estelle West. Memorial Service Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.
