He is survived by: his daughters, Annie Louise and Linda Lee; his wife Ruth Slater; his children, Nee, Scott (Richard Offett), Carlene A. Moore, Fred L. Moore, Sherbert (Carlton T.) and Carl Victor Moore; his grandchildren, Constance, Richard K., Shellene, Amber, Lynnece, Carliss, Brandis and Carl "Tony"; his great grandchildren, Tobin, Ian, Colin, Brittany, Mikayla, Hannah, Peter, Geralynn, Gwendolyn, Leslie, Layla, Nolan II, Nolan III, Carl "CJ" and Cara; and his great great grandchildren, Anaya, Lilliana and Naylani. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, sons, daughters, grandsons, and granddaughters.
