We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 88, Dan Tipton of Aberdeen, Mississippi, born in Water Valley, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Tipton and Rosie Tipton; his brothers, John and Robert; and the mother of his children Julia.

He is survived by: his wife Julia Deason Tipton; his children, Dan Lee "Danny" Tipton, Jr. (Martha) of Saltillo and Tammy Tipton Ward of Gosnell; and his grandchildren, Clarence, Joseph Ward of Gosnell, Parker Tipton (McKenna) of Mooreville and Elizabeth Pearce Miles (Todd) of Pontotoc. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
