He is survived by: his aunt Mary McDonald; his wife Theresa McDonald of Winfield; his children, Judith Wagner of Groveland, FL, Gerald McDonald, Jr. (Laurie) of Godfrey, IL, Michael McDonald (Kelley) of St. Charles, MO and Patrick McDonald of Florissant, MO; his son-in-law Robert "Bob" McCullough of Hazelwood, MO; and his cousin Elizabeth Stien of Pottsville, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
