She is survived by: her children, Randy Lentz of Elsberry, Mark Lentz of Florida, Kevin Lentz of Warrenton, Kim Meyer, Kendra Burr of Troy and Dena Smith (Ron) of Silex; her sister Carolyn Staggs of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Kelly (Neil), Amanda, Justin, Ashley, Morgan (Ryan), Randy (Bailey), Taylor, Trevor, Brandon, Lexi and Kaelyn; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Trinity, Joshua, Shaelyn, Kyla, Kendyl and Ayden. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
