He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Lewis and Vesta Poe Lewis; his son Daniel Wayne Lewis; and his siblings, Edgar Lewis, Eugene Lewis, Charles "Art" Lewis, Donald Lewis and Shirley Chapman.
He is survived by: his grandson Daniel Wayne; his wife Lee Lewis of Winfield; his daughters, Tracy Lewis of Winfield, Tammy Sitton (Wesley) of Foley, MO, Debbi Creamer (Shaun) of Winfield and Denise Lewis of Winfield; his grandchildren, Zachary Sitton, Kristopher Creamer and Ava Jo Creamer; and his sister Frances Thompson of Licking. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
