He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Griffin and Catherine Griffin (Johnson); and his sister June Ettestad. He is survived by: his wife Carol Griffin; his children, Steve Griffin (Cindy) of Springfield, Rhonda Thornton (Dewayne) of Willard and Heather Griffin (Aaron Bauer) of Springfield; his siblings, Floyd Griffin of Paul's Valley, OK and Hazel Pownall of North Bend, WA; and his grandchildren, Tessa Thornton and Colton Thornton of Willard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
