He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Fouraker and Minnie Fouraker; and his son-in-law John Choate. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Sheryl Buttram (Jeff) and Karen Choate; his grandsons, Chance, Spencer and Tristen Buttram; and his brother Joe Fouraker of Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
