He is survived by: his wife DyEllen Perry; his mother Norma Lee Perry (Perryman); his daughter Michelle Keithley; his sister Debby Perry; his grandchildren, Adam, Adrienne, Ivey, Matthew, Megan, Caitlin and Zachary; and his great grandchild Ricky Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
