He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Wesley and Lena Elizabeth Smith Mitts; his daughter Stacy Harvey (Steve); his grandchildren, Nathan of St. Louis, MO and Elizabeth of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Karlena Shatzer (Rodger) of Paris, MO.. He is also survived by nephew and 2 nieces.; 2 great nephews and 2 great nieces.
