She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Feldt and Mary Alice Feldt; and her granddaughter Stella Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Martin; her children, Lauren Mueller, Matthew Mueller, Brandon Martin (Lea) and Ashley Graves (Charles); her in-law Carl Martin (Dana); her grandchildren, Madison, Dayton, Audrina, Ryder and Gwendolyn; and her sisters, Susan Pouyer (Anthony), Patricia Haselhorst (Marvin) and Christine Branstetter (Shannon). She is also survived by her aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Lung Association (ALA.org (http://ala.org)) in honor of Jane's memory.
