It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Eckler of Wellsville, Missouri, who passed away on July 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Lou Eckler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Oliver and Clara Louise Oliver (Lampe); her husband Roger Eckler, Jr.; her sisters, Evelyn Weiss, Dorothy Shocklee and Marilyn Goshorn; her grandson Eric Ray Shellabarger; her niece Carolyn Goshorn Smith; and her pet Abbie.
She is survived by: her close friend Johnny Deere; her children, Mary Jean "Jeanne" Shellabarger (Karl) of Centralia, Andrus Ray "Andy" Eckler (Tamey) of St. Louis and Michael David Eckler (Kari Griffen) of Wentzville; her grandchildren, Jacob Wesley Shellabarger (Dawn) of Mexico, Kate Ellen Haskell (Adam) of Rutland, Christopher Andrew Eckler of University City, Kyle Roger Eckler (Liz) of Gardner, Rachel Lynn Wadkins (Sergeant First) of Colorado Springs, Steven Lennon Eckler (Sarah) of Montgomery City, Elizabeth Ann Eckler (Jordan Burton) of Clear View, Alana, Cameron Griffin of Wentzville and Ariana Carmichael of Wellsville; her great grandchildren, Zoe Collins Eckler, Eric, Audrey Shellabarger, Brynn, Lucas Markowski-Haskell, Ava, Jaedyn, Jackson Wadkins, Jenna Lou, Paul Eckler, Ethan, Olivia Eckler and Dakota Eckler; and her brother Richard Oliver (Carol) of Madison, Wisconsin. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, too many to count friends.
