She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leo and Sarah Emily Ward (Harris); her husband Bobby Wayne Lewis, Sr.; her son Bobby Wayne Lewis, Jr.; her grandsons, Robert Wayne Lewis and Christopher Lee Lewis; and her siblings, Elsie Mae Frey, Reggie Householder, George Ward, Ruth Reinholz, Thomas Ward, Jr., Margaret Collier and Leo Ward.

She is survived by: her children, Joan Darlene "Joannie" (Jeffrey Rexroad), Deborah Lynn (Kenny Gessman), Thomas Allen Lewis of Middletown, Patrick Aaron (Becky Lewis) and Gregory Andrew Lewis (Carolyn Hoang); and her siblings, Christina Gruber (Charles) of St. Louis, Martin Ward (Debra) of Columbia, Dennis Ward (Dennece) of Vandalia, Florence Marie Lynn (John) of Center, Eddie Ward and Janet May of Fulton. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
