She was predeceased by: her parents, George Arthur Dunbar and Elizabeth Stone Dunbar (Williams); her husband Ed Slavens; her granddaughter Kitty Slavens May; and her sister Madge Whyte.
She is survived by: her children, Ed, Scotty Slavens of Wellsville, Jim Slavens of Wellsville, John Slavens of Sahuartia, Ray Slavens of Ottumwa, Iowa, Brenda Guerra of Alexandria and Sandy Uthe (Gary) of Wellsville; her siblings, Alan Dunbar (Diana) of Wellsville, Bettie Smith of High Ridge and Margie Vedder of Wellsville; her grandchildren, Scott Slavens, Rebecca Guerra, Sarah Guerra, Jeremy Guerra (Allison), Christian Uthe (Kayla), Zackary Uthe (Crystal), Josh Purcell (Lauren), Elizabeth Slavens (Josh Brink) and Brad Slavens (Kaylee Springer); her great grandchildren, Wesley Slavens (Andrea), Adessa Lovell (Bryan), Brett May, Barron May (Kaitlyn), Lorenzo Guerra, Vincent Guerra, Phillip Guerra, Liam Guerra, Scarlett Guerra, Rylee Uthe, Adaline Uthe, Lane Uthe, Keegan Purcell, Kaeden Purcell, Alexandria Brink and Aeryn Brink; and her great great grandchildren, Wyatt, Maverick Slavens, Lyla and Alanna Lovell.
