She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edward and Hazel Marie Prior (Jones); her husband Albert Joseph Folta, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret Boyer, Charles, James and William Prior.
She is survived by: her sons, Albert Joseph "Chub" Folta III of Wellsville, George Edward Folta (Thais) of Cresco and Ronald Dean Folta of Villa Ridge; her grandchildren, Tonya Coalwell of Columbia, Shawn Folta of Phoenix, Arizona, Lucas Folta of Jonesburg, Hailey Folta of Villa Ridge, Dana Mills (Josh), Jenni Baltzelle (Chip) of Stafford and Morgan Folta of Newbury; her siblings, Dorothy Whitehead of Mexico, Sharon Janke (Jerry) of Centralia and George Prior (Volita) of Ohio; and her sister-in-law Iva Benskin of Wellsville. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
