He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Meyer and Meta Meyer (Jensen); his wife Elizabeth Carsetensen Meyer; his son Robert Meyer; and his grandson Christopher Lucerio.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Elizabeth "Beth" Meyer of Bellflower; his stepson David Hull (Vickie) of Austin, Texas; his granddaughter Christina Blackston (Kolt) of Bellflower; and his great grandchildren, Anton Lucerio of Colorado and Aclica Lucerio of Bellflower.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
