He is survived by: his sister Dena Saak (Robert) of Wellsville; his nieces, Jennifer Heim (Aaron) of Mexico and Angela Swanson (Jesse) of Fayette; his nephew Jeffrey Sachs (Gina) of Wellsville; and his close friend Chub Folta of Wellsville. He is also survived by several aunts; one uncle; and several cousins.
