With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Kemp of Wellsville, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on July 11, 2021 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Calvin Kemp to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kemp and Bessie Kemp (Green); his wife Ethel C. Cheatum; his daughters, Janice Kemp, Brenda Kemp and Doris Simms; and his siblings, Elwood, John, Clyde, Paul, Llewellyn, Leo, Jewel Kemp, Elva Moore, Gwonderlyn Kemp, Roseline Williams, Lorraine Kemp and Zola Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Billy Kemp of Tacoma, Sam Kemp of Wellsville, Richard Kemp of St. Louis and Betty Brown (David) of Bloomington, Illinois; and his granddaughters, Ebonie and Eliah.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
