He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Luke" Hartman and Hettie Hartman (Clyburn); his siblings, Leslie Hartman and LaVaughn Ryker of Carthage; and his stepson Jeff Grosse of Aurora.
He is survived by: his wife Sally of Webb City; his sisters, Dorothy Provins of Joplin, Brenda Vaile of Carthage and Rose Beaver of Springfield; his children, Scott Hartman (LeighAnn) of Joplin, Kent Hartman (Tammie) of Goodman, Lisa Robinson (Danny) of Webb City and Greg Grosse (Kammi) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Chassity, Shanda, Laurie, Jennifer, Echo, Wayde, Janae, Hannah and Morgan; his stepgranddaughters, Jaclynne and Katelyn; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Quinn and Ford.
