He is survived by: his parents, Charles Vincent Locascio, III and Judith Swartz (Wright); his wife Clara Locascio; his siblings, Pam Lakey, Mary Roberts and David Locascio of Charles Locascio, IV.; and his children, Misty Lynn Riley and Richard Alan Rodgers, II. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
