He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Howard" Rumble and Hattie Mahurin; his wife Jean Rumble; his daughter Diana Hataway; and his siblings, Junior Rumble, Kenneth Rumble and Margaret Forcum.
He is survived by: his children, Norma McNary (Chuck) of Alba, Jim Rumble (Evelyn) of Galena, KS and Darrel Rumble (Carrie) of Prosperity; and his sisters, Alberta Gerard of Carthage, Martha Swager of Carl Junction and Dixie Lassiter (Larry) of Carterville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
