She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Myers and Goldie Myers (Fanning); and her husband Jack Boulware. She is survived by: her children, Van Boulware (Suzanne) of Joplin, Launa Thompson (Bruce) of Oronogo, Troy Boulware (Carla) of Newburgh, Indiana, Carole Myers (Doug) of Joplin and Cayla Pinner (Greg) of Magnolia, Arkansas.; and her sister Deloris Smith of Galena. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
