She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Avey and Virginia Avey (McGuirk); her former husband William R. Vance; her granddaughter Isabella Randall; her stepson David Ritchey; and her siblings, Pam Cabiness and Randy Avey.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Ritchey; her children, David Vance (Alisha) of Neosho, Julie Register of Joplin, Laura Laramore of Mt. Vernon and Dorothy Ritter (Nick) of Webb City; her stepchildren, Jeremy Hood (Karren) of Joplin, Teresa Patterson of Joplin, Penny Russell (Charlie) of Texas, Margie Winklemann (Scott) of Texas, Becky Ritchey of Texas and Krista Dardenne (Dustin) of Kansas; and her siblings, Phillip Avey (Brenda) of Joplin, Paulette Eby of Joplin, Debra Routledge (Jerry) of Joplin and Diane Cole (Cletus) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
