She was predeceased by: her parents, John Furry and Cherry Furry; her husband Dick Perkins; her parents-in-law, Harry and Letitia Perkins; her nephew B. J. Scofield; and her brother Michael Furry.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki (John Jurica) of Grandview, Holly (Kevin McGrath) of Joplin and Michael Perkins (Jenny) of Springfield, Missouri.; her sister Jonnie Scofield (family: Amy Brown); her grandchildren, Cole, Peyton (Blue), Jack Jurica, Dylan McFarland, Brian, Madison, Mason, Cali, Taylor and Morgan Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Layla and Brooklyn Jurica.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you instead donate to the Humane Society or to a breast cancer charity in her honor.
