He was predeceased by: his grandfather Doug Gregory; and his uncle Colby Gregory. He is survived by: his parents, Cassidi (Shannon Abts) and B. J. (Diana Goodwin); his brother Jay Goodwin; his stepsiblings, Carly (Tristan), Chloe Abts, Alex and Sam Hook; his grandparents, Pam Gregory, Bill and Pam Goodwin; his nieces and nephews, Jude, Jax and Hazel Jo; his aunt Callie (Jay Crain); his uncles, C. J. and David Goodwin; and his cousins, Carlie, Camden, Case, Gavin and Reise.
In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to Craig Hospital c/o the mortuary.
