He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Edgar Palmer and Jane Ellen Palmer (Moore). He is survived by: his children, Steven Palmer, Michelle Palmer of Las Vegas, Lisa Shively of Sedro-Woolley and Rachael Durland (Chris) of Webb City; and his grandchildren, Dalton Palmer, Hunter Shively, Amelia Durland and Joseph Durland. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Joplin Humane Society.
