He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Defreese (Chapman) and Don Chapman. He is survived by: his son Josh Chapman (Katie); his grandchildren, Kelsey and Addie of Green Bay, WI; his son Jordan Chapman (Amy); his grandchildren, Tinley, Crew and Dylan of Carl Junction, MO; and his stepchildren, Jeremy Sargent, Jennifer Rousselot and Jenae White.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Milford Christian Church.
