She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edwin and Louise Dudley Lomax; her brother Ed Lomax; and her sister-in-law Vicki Lomax. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Dean Smith (Sherri) of Porum, Catharine Louise Warnky (Mark) of Charlotte and Cheryl Ann Frank (Brian) of Webb City, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Rebecca Smith, Micalah Smith, David Warnky (Grace), Jonathan Warnky (Bre), Sarah Warnky, Sierra Buckland (Alex), Simeon Frank (Lexi) and Silas Frank; her husband Larry Smith; her daughter Cathy Warnky (Mark); and her brother Ben Lomax (Vicki) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
