He was predeceased by: his parents, William Giesike II and Hilda; his wife Barbara Giesike; and his father-in-law Walter Thiel. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Lingle (Brian) of Washington, Chad Giesike (Jennifer) of Washington and Aaron Giesike (Dawn) of Washington; his grandchildren, William Lingle, Grayson Lingle, Auggie Lingle, Hallie Giesike, Blake Giesike and Brooklyn Giesike; his mother-in-law Anna Marie Thiel of Washington; his brother Rick Thiel (Karen) of Marthasville; and his sister-in-law Joyce Johnson of Marthasville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
