He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Ashworth; his parents, Richard Ashworth and Opal Ashworth; and his brothers, John Ashworth and William Ashworth.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Ashworth (Kimberly) of Washington and Sandy Hadaway (Jason) of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Air Ashworth and Adam Ashworth; his girlfriend Kathy Parris; and his sisters, Flora Dillman, Imogene Jones and Dorothy Schepp.
