He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Neely; and his brother Charles Neely. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Neely (Michelle) of Desoto, Carol Breakfield (James) of Potosi, Dale Neely (Chris) of Villa Ridge, Dona Sansoucie of Washington and Trudy Roach (Mark Mizzell) of Union. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
