He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson of Kirkwood, MO; his children, RJ Kaszuba (Viola) of Pennsylvania, Stephanie Kaszuba of St. Louis and Ryan Kaszuba of Washington, MO; his grandchildren, Marly Lindenbusch, Max Lindenbusch, Ray Kaszuba and Victoria Kaszuba; his sister Linda Huckstep of Hanover, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Tarvin (Ron) of Champaign, IL, Cynthia Parsons (Carl) of Champaign, IL and Dennis Johnson (Connie) of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Siteman Cancer Center.
