He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Frazee and Betty Frazee (Dement); his son Jacob; his grandparents, Oscar and Nell Dement; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Frazee and Jahn Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Payne of Cuba, MO; his children, John Payne (Mikal Pearcy) of McMurdo Station, Antarctica, Jamie Weber (Anthony) of Washington, MO and Jared Stout of Washington, MO; his grandchildren, Michayla Payne of Edwardsville, IL, Mattalyn, Anton and Theodore Weber of Washington, MO; his great grandchild Lennon Polaski of Edwardsville, IL; his siblings, Richard Frazee (Lori) of Creve Coeur, MO, Linda Perkins (Paul) of Steelville, MO, Donna Stibor (Jim) of Saint Louis, MO, Gary Frazee of High Ridge, MO, Lisa White (Paul) of Saint Louis, MO and Laurie Baumann (Junior) of Ballwin, MO; his siblings-in-law, Linda Gatch (Adam), Barbara "Sue" Lahmann (Daxton), Virginia "Boody" Forester, Daisy Payne, James "Jimmy" Payne and John "Johnny" Payne (Susan); and his close friend Gene (Overhoff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
