She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Heggemann (Mary) and Mary Heggemann; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kluba and Lee Kluba; and her siblings, Marvin Heggemann, Donald Heggemann, Leon Heggemann, Janet Heggemann and Eilleen Ruether.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Kluba; her sons, Neal Kluba (Julie) of Marthasville, MO, Mark Kluba (Christine) of Villa Ridge, MO, Joe Kluba (Geneva) of Washington, MO and Luke Kluba (Candace) of Washington, MO; her grandchildren, Clairese, Adam, Jacqueline, Leah, Libby, Sophie, Liam and Peter; and her sister Jackie Heggemann of Washington, MO. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Pregnancy Assistance Center.
