He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delphine Schatzler and Delphine Lowe; his siblings, Arthur Lowe and Ida Whitley; his children, Keith Schatzler (Tanya) of Union and Sue Whitaker of Union; his sister Mary Nevills of St. Clair; his grandchildren, Jacob Schatzler, Lucas Schatzler, Libby Thurmond (Dakota), Lisa Whitaker (Joe Bauer) and Robert Whitaker Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Thurmond and Colt Thurmond. He was also cherished by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
