He is survived by: his girlfriend Cynthia Warner of Washington, MO; his children, James Struckhoff III of Washington, MO, Jennifer Struckhoff (Andrew Sumner) of Washington, MO and Alisha Rudd; his siblings, Maryn Freitag (Jeff), Susan Hellmann (Craig) of Washington, MO and John Struckhoff (Nancy) of Washington, MO; and his pets, Opal, Maisel and Sam. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
