He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Holz and Matt Holz of Washington; his siblings, Matthew Holz II of Washington, Heather Quist (Jon) of Ballwin, Rachel Schickler (Robbie) of Augusta and Anjali Holz of Villa Ridge; his close friend Misty Dean; and his grandmother Julia McEwen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
