With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna S. Elbert of Washington, Missouri, who passed away on November 23, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Horn and Juanita; her former husband Larry Downing; her husband Dale Elbert; her brother Richard Horn; and her nephew Kevin Winters.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Downing (Cindy) of Beaufort and Clint Beamon of Washington; her stepdaughters, Christa Horn (Scott) of Washington and Katie Meador (Joe) of Washington; her siblings, Barb Winters (Lowell) of Labadie, Terry Horn (Sharon) of Washington, Karen Nevills of Union and Ruth Valdez of Labadie; her grandchildren, Amanda, Morgan, Cierra, Landon and Liam; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Elias and Ivan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
