He is survived by: his children, Steve Noelker of Washington, Jean Dawson of Union and Lauri Crum of Gerald; his siblings, Robert "Red" Noelker (Donna) of Washington, Leon Noelker (Marcie) of Washington, Jim Noelker (Jo) of Neier, Judy Doll (Danny) of Oklahoma, Cathy Pendleton (Dennis) of Kansas, Jane Treacy of Washington and MaryAnn Kandlbinder (Randy) of Washington; his grandchildren, Heather Noelker (Jared), Shannon Dawson, Taylor Dawson, David Dawson (Kasha), Scott Gist (Lauren) and Skylar Johnson (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Rhett, Hayden, Jayson, Macie, Ellie and Ollie.
