He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Mebruer and Marie Mebruer (Roesner); his wife Mary Mebruer (Roetheli); and his siblings, Paul Mebruer and Mary Louise Kellogg.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Mebruer (Molly) of Eureka and Tori Mebruer of Washington; his grandchildren, Grace Sullentrup of St. Louis, Joel Sullentrup of Washington and Robin Mebruer of Eureka; his brother Glen Mebruer (Emily) of Lebanon; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Mebreur of Treloar and David Roetheli (Debbie) of Washington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the St. Gertrude's Learning Center or the American Cancer Society.
