He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Noelker and Maude; his sister Anna Stosich; and his siblings-in-law, Viola Pohl (Harold) and Robert Hilke.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Noelker of Washington; his children, Barbara Steffens (Ronald) of Union, David Noelker Jr. of Washington, Donna Feltmann (James Jr.) of Washington and Gary Noelker of Hazel, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Todd Steffens (Lindsay), Brent Steffens, Jamie Kluesner (Brandon Henry), Amber Noelker and Curtis Noelker; his great grandchildren, Makayla Noelker and Landon Noelker; and his brother Edward Hilke Jr. (Bernice). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
