He is survived by: his significant other Linda King; his children, April Edmunds of Warsaw and Dale Hall Foxworthy of Tucson; and his stepdaughter Kathy Giocondi. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
