With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Nelson of Warsaw, Missouri, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Nelson and Corrine Staub Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Penny Gaddy Green; his stepsons, Rusty Bellamy (Noel) of Conway, AR and Jeff Bellamy of Warrensburg, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Brianna, Taylor, Noah, Lauren and Caitlyn Bellamy; and his brothers, Jon L. Nelson of Marietta, GA and David G. Nelson (Joyce) of Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Saline Animal League, Benton County Hospice or Community Cancer Center in Marshall in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
