She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Martha Ellen Johnson Cade; her husband Lloyd Flippin; and her sisters, Letha Evelyn Campbell and Jean Randall.
She is survived by: her children, Melody McCain (David) of Kingston, Liz Blankinship (Tim) of Warsaw and Steven Flippin of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Jake and Jessie Blankinship; and her siblings, Anna Mae Potter of Raymore, Bill Cade of Fallbrook and Joe Cade of Hampton. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
